Welcoming Baby Brown at Home

Some stories unfold in the most beautiful way, and getting to witness (and photograph!) this one has been such an honor.

I first met Amber at a friend’s baby shower,

just a casual hello, a kind smile, and a little small talk that somehow planted the first seed of a beautiful connection.

Not long after, I was thrilled when she reached out to book their pregnancy announcement session.

There’s something so special about being chosen to help tell the very beginning of a family’s story,

and I could already feel how much love these two were bringing into this next chapter.

That day was filled with excitement, a hint of nerves, and a whole lot of joy.

Next came their maternity session, and let me tell you, it was full of calm, gentle anticipation.

The kind of quiet joy that just settles in the air.

They were so present with one another, soaking in the last stretch of life as a family of two, already so ready for what was coming next.

And now?

They’ve officially welcomed their sweet little one and I had the privilege of documenting their first moments as a family of three.

This session was everything you hope for as a photographer: easy, natural, and calming.

Their home felt warm and full of love, the kind of space where you just know good memories are going to be made.

Watching them hold their new baby, with that soft mix of wonder and newness in their eyes it was beautiful to witness.
