A Maternity Session for Baby Brown
There are some moments as a photographer that feel extra special—and this session was definitely one of them. I had the absolute honor of helping this sweet couple announce their pregnancy not too long ago, so when they reached out to have me capture their maternity session, my heart was full. Being part of such meaningful milestones in their journey to parenthood is something I’ll never take for granted.
We started the session with a gorgeous pop of blue—mom wore her dress from her baby shower, and it was the perfect way to begin. That soft fabric and silhouette framed her bump so perfectly, and there was something sentimental and sweet about seeing her repurpose such a special piece.
Next, we moved into a more natural, relaxed vibe with jeans and a cute bralette. This look was effortlessly beautiful and really showed off her radiant, mama-to-be glow. I loved capturing those more candid, intimate moments.
To finish, she changed into a stunning sheer, floor-length dress that gave the whole session a soft, ethereal feel. The light flowed through the fabric in the most dreamy way, and those final shots honestly took my breath away.
These two are going to be such amazing parents—you can feel the love between them and for their little one already. I’m so honored to have been a small part of their journey, and I’m already hoping I get to document more milestones as their beautiful story continues.
